There are three ways Week Zero ends, and the third is free to hear:
The setup is paid in halves — half to start, half only when the system goes live — so the promises enforce themselves: your baseline is in your hands within 10 days of forwarding your line and sending the phone bill, or your first payment comes back. If the measurement says don't build, the second half is simply never charged. And every diagnosis we've run has found more than $2,000/month recoverable — if yours doesn't, we'll tell you not to buy.
And a deadline that cuts against us, not you: if we're not live within 30 days of signing, you either tell us what's blocking it and we set a new date, or your $500 is refunded and the founding slot goes to the next name. We can't measure a line that isn't forwarded, and we won't leave you paying for something that isn't running.

Founding pricing — 5 Core slots, locked for life. After that, Core is $1,000/mo. We hold one rule at any price: we don't sell it unless it's worth at least 4x what it costs you. Setup is waived on a 6-month commitment — never discounted. Founding clients who later add After-Hours get their first month of it free.

Week Zero: setup is paid in halves — half to start, half at go-live — and your measured baseline is delivered within 10 days of the day you forward your line and send the phone bill, or your first payment is refunded. If that baseline contradicts the numbers that qualified you, the first payment is refunded and the second is never charged. Both promises fire on facts you can check yourself: a calendar, and your own call data.
The build: 90 days from go-live. If the system doesn't book more appointments than your agreed baseline — the 90 days before it, evidenced by your own CRM or calendar and confirmed in writing before we launch — I refund the retainer for that period.
Written conditions apply to both: the baseline documented up front, the system kept switched on, claims inside the stated windows. Full terms in the service terms — read them before you sign, not after. I'd rather set a guarantee I can honor than one that sounds bigger.
